What's your returns policy?

We hope you LOVE your  order! However, if it turns out that the item is not suitable for whatever reason, Please click Click Here to contact us  to request a returns number you can return your order  to us at your cost within 7 days of receipt for a  refund of your order minus our 20% restocking fee on all UK orders, we cannot refund international postage charges.

We just ask that you return the item in the same condition you received it in, with the Do not remove tag still attached, in it's original packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded signed for delivery service to send the parcel just in case you need to track it with the courier. Please include a covering note with your name and address, your order number, your EBay ID.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or don't fit. 

All items are inspected  when returned , a mutual agreement will be raised to cancel the sale, once you have completed the mutual agreement your PayPal account will be refunded.

If the item was incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your postage costs. If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing including the Product condition before requesting a returns number.

We are only able to fully refund if we've sent the wrong thing. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.




Where do you ship & how much does it cost?

We use a Royal Mail to make sure your order reaches you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence. The details of the countries we deliver to, the cost and the delivery timescale are below

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes all orders placed with a P.O. box address will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

Via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded signed for service, usually delivered within 2 - 5 days from dispatch date

How Will I know when my Order has been Despatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, well send you an email to let you know.  Some email accounts will Junk any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you check your junk mail!  Please also check your eBay messages!

What methods of payment do you accept?

PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. To avoid any confusion all of our item require immediate payment. We're sorry, but we are unable to accept cheque, postal order, credit card, bank transfer or take payment details over the phone.

Will I have to pay duty or custom charges if I live outside the EU?

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply if your delivery country is outside of the EU. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details. We're really sorry, but as we receive payment from you for your item, we are unable to mark the package as a gift or a lower value.

How many pairs of Jeans can I order?

How many do you want?! There's no limit on the number of pairs you can buy. If we've got them, you can have them! And what's more, customers having their orders delivered to the UK  postage is free. For more information on Combined Shipping for international orders Click Here

Do you have the jeans I like in a different size/colour?

If you cant find it by checking under  the size section, or by using the store Search, then unfortunately, this may mean we don't have it at the moment! Sorry! Can I make an offer?

We list most items as buy it now fixed price sorry we cannot except offers on a fixed price listing

Discounts on wholesale orders are available on 10 or more pair to the same address

From time to time we may run promotional activity which may include  "The best offer Promotion" this will  be clearly stated within the listing.

Can I amend my delivery address once I have paid for my item?

Once your order has been paid for and cleared through the EBay / PayPal security system, we are unable to make any changes to the address that has been selected for shipping. It’s always best to double check the address you have selected for shipping prior to paying for the item through PayPal. Please note that no exceptions can be made to this for security reasons.

All your items are listed USED please explain condition I can expect ?

All our items are customer returns from major UK fashion retailers, this means the item has been purchased and returned for some reason, in some cases we have found it difficult to tell whether the item has been used or not, so in  the interest of fairness and honesty we list all items as used.

The item may have

  • been washed and worn
  • have dirty marks,
  • have small defects (example a little bit of stitching undone)
  • Tags / Labels will be cut

The Item will be

  • fit for the purpose of use
  • checked to ensure zips and buttons are in working order (buttons may be replaced with generic style jean button)
  • measured on dispatch to make sure the correct size arrives.
  • in a good condition with no rips or tears(unless distressed jean is purchased)

As with all jeans when washed the colour may have faded slightly
