| Q:How soon do you expect payment? |

| A:If you are buying a single item, payment is expected immediately. If you need a day or two to browse, please let me know by email so that I don't send reminders. Non-paying buyer disputes will be filed at the end of the fourth day following your commitment to buy. |
| Q:Is this item new? |
|
| A:Everything I sell is new and in original packaging unless stated otherwise. No seals are ever broken, nor are items taken out of the container and returned. I am like your local retail store. I buy from manufacturers and suppliers in order to resell the products. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, on most items. There are some large items that it is not possible to combine with other items. Please request a combined invoice BEFORE you pay. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We almost always ship within 24 hours of payment receipt. Depending on the service you selected, it should arrive in 2-7 days. You will get an email notice with your delivery confirmation number on the day that it ships. If you use a spam blocker, you'll need to add my domain name (mother-turistas.com) to your approved senders list. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:There is a shipping calculator within the auction. Except where noted, all charges are based on the packaged weight of the item. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship only to the USA and Canada. |
| Q:What forms of payment do you accept? |
|
| A:PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:You must notify me within 3 days of your receipt that you wish to return something and tell me why. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. If a refund is issued, it will be for the price of the product only -- as long as it is returned in new and unused condition, with no damage to the packaging. |
| Q:What is the shipping if I buy more than one of an item? |

| A:You will need to request a shipping estimate for multiple items or products. Please be specific as to product or auction number when making your request. We have hundreds of items and want to make sure we understand which items hold your interest. |
