PayPal
• We do not charge extra for making payment by PayPal but you do need to have a PayPal
Account (otherwise there will be a delay in sending payment). If you do not have one
available, we recommend that you pay by Bank Transfer (see below) which is also very easy
• Payment for your order should be sent to our PayPal Account originals@morplan.com
• Please note that we only proceed to a Verified & Confirmed Address and that your order is
only processed after PayPal confirms that cleared payment has been received
Bank Transfers
• If you have an online bank account, it's easy to transfer money to our bank account online
• Morplan's bank account details are available on request at checkout
Payment Delays
• Please pay for your goods within 7 days of ordering
• If there is a delay, please contact us to let us know payment is coming later
• All items that are not paid for within 7 days will be relisted
Shipping
• We aim to despatch orders promptly Monday to Friday, usually within 1 working day of receipt
of cleared payment (e.g. an order paid on Monday would normally be sent Tuesday)
• Our warehouse is not open at weekends so if your order is paid on Friday, it would be sent the
following Monday or Tuesday. Bank Holidays also count as weekends
• Delivery times are based on our Courier's estimates and are not guaranteed Some areas of the
country may have longer delivery times i.e Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands
• Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery of your order
Returning Goods
• If you don’t like the goods you’ve bought from us, whatever your reason, you have the right
to return them for a refund if you are not 100% happy. Please note that we only refund the
cost of the goods, not the delivery charge (although this will be refunded if the goods are incorrect)
• Simply send goods back complete, undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of
receiving them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected
• There are a very small number of products which cannot be returned but these are clearly marked
on our eBay website so you know where you stand before buying
• If you want to send goods back, Call 01279 624 627 and speak to Customer Services. They will
log in your return and give you a reference number to help speed up our paperwork. Refunds can
take up to 14 days to reflect in your account
• It’s always advisable to obtain a receipt from your carrier or the Post Office
• All returned items are thoroughly checked by our Quality Control Team. Please include our Delivery
Note (if this has been lost, please include a note in the package with your eBay ID, full name, address
and our product code number)
