Yes we are Morphy Richards so you can be confident that you are buying from a trusted brand.
If I send you a message how quickly will you reply?
We will try to reply to your query as soon as possible however, any queries made in the evenings and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be replied to the next working day.
What do you mean by graded?
Our definition of graded is:
- The outer packaging is damaged
- The product has been removed from the packaging but has not been used
- Factory seconds, with some slight scratching or grazing on the product
All these products are removed from their packaging and PAT tested before they are sent to you
How much damage may there be to the product I want to buy?
The majority of the products sold in our store are classed as graded. This means there may be some cosmetic damage, such as scratches, to the product. However, we do check every product for both obvious signs of damage and that they are operational.
What Guarantee do you offer on your products?
We offer a 6 month guarantee on graded products. Your Instruction book will be marked this the term ‘Graded’ to indicate this.
What about products that are not marked graded?
We have now added some products that are classed as brand new in box. These are usually products we no longer sell and so able to offer them at a reduced price. We will mark these products as New and also state that they are not graded. These also come with the full 2 year guarantee, which we will indicate as part to the product specification.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery is free of charge for products only. There will be a charge for spare parts.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all addresses in the UK and use DHL to deliver all our parcels for your peace of mind. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses
Do you deliver to a different address than on my PayPal account?
No we only deliver to the address on your PayPal account.
How long does it take to deliver?
Your product will be delivered between 5 – 7 days from receiving your order
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you order doesn’t arrive please contact us via email at ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk and we will investigate what has happened
What payment types do you take?
We only accept instant payment via PayPal. This is a quick and secure way to pay for your goods
Will I receive a confirmation when I order?
Yes we will send you an email confirming your order plus one when we receive payment and another on despatch of the goods.
What is your returns policy?
Right To Cancel
- You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
- If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us via email, at ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk giving details of the goods ordered including order number and invoice details.
- You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost in the original packaging and in an unused condition.
- You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. If you do not return the goods in the manner required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
- We will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you.
Faulty Goods
- All products sold via this shop come with a 6 month guarantee
- If your product becomes faulty within 28 days of purchase please contact us on ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk.
- If the product becomes faulty after 28 days but within 6 months of purchase please contact our customer care department on 0844 871 0960. See our Guarantee information for more details.
- As the product you have bought is considered as graded we may run out of stock before a replacement can be provided. In this instance we will endeavour to offer you an equivalent priced product from our eBay store or a partial refund of the product price relating to the remaining term of your guarantee.
Incorrect Items Sent
We will endeavour not to send you the wrong product but sometimes mistakes happen, so if you do receive the wrong product please follow the procedure below.
- As soon as you receive the incorrect item please contact us on ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk.
- You will be offered a refund or an exchange
- Once the product has been returned we will either dispatch the new item or issue a refund
NB - As the products we sell are graded we cannot guarantee that the product you ordered is in stock. If this is the case we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
What happens if my product develops a fault?
If your product develops a fault within the first 28 days of buying it please contact us at ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement once we have receive the product back to our distribution centre. If it is after 28 days but within the 6 month guarantee please email our Customer Care department at ebaysales@morphyrichards.co.uk . As the product you have bought is considered as graded we may run out of stock before a replacement can be provided. In this instance we will endeavour to offer you an equivalent priced product from our eBay store or a partial refund of the product price relating to the remaining term of your guarantee. What happens if I receive the wrong product?
We will endeavour not to send you the wrong product but sometimes mistakes happen. What if the product I order is out of stock?
We will endeavour to make sure this doesn’t happen, however if this does we will contact you straight away and arrange a refund.
