We are happy to refund or exchange items as long as you stick to our policy guidelines laid out below.
Item(s) must remain in the unworn/unused condition they arrived in.
Occasionally, tags are placed in a way that prevents the item(s) being worn and if these tags are removed, the item(s) will no longer be valid for refund or exchange. If trying on items that do not have tags placed in a way that prevent you from doing so, please ensure that you wear an item of your own underwear beneath. Measurements are always given on the item page to help ensure you get the right size.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have just had a change of heart, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, and send it back within 10 days from receipt. This time frame is applicable for all returns.
Original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded and items must be sent back at the customers cost. It is your responsiblity to ensure the parcel comes back safely in order for you to get your refund or exchange. For this reason, I strongly recommend using recorded delivery or other methods of postal insurance. At the very least, a proof of posting can be provided by the post office free of charge at the time of posting.
Refunds (less original P&P costs) will be made via your original payment method within 5 working days from safe receipt of the item.
Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or higher value. Any difference in value must be paid by the customer in full before receiving the exchange. ie if you win an item at auction for £0.99 and wish to change it for a different colour one with the regular "Buy it now" price of £2.99, the customer will pay an additional £2.00.
To receive a hassle free refund or exchange, the above guidelines must be adhered to. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
