    Payment Policy:

  • Payment must be made within 10 days of purchasing the item to avoid any "unpaid item" disputes and negative feedback.

  • I'm happy to make exceptions to the 10 day rule so long as you contact me with a reason.

  • ie. If you are waiting for an auction to finish and wish to complete payment for multiple purchases in one go, then please contact me to let me know so that I can hold off on sending an invoice.

    • Payment options:

  • With credit/debit cards via paypal
  • With uncrossed postal orders in British pounds only. (UK only)
  • With personal cheque (UK only)
  • International customers: Please only buy if you can pay with paypal as I will NOT be accepting any cheques or money orders in anything other than British Pounds sterling at this time.


      • Postage/Shipping:

  • We now offer FREE P&P to the UK only. This is for economy (second class) delivery. If you require a speedier option, please select the first class delivery at checkout.
  • Proof of posting is always obtained for items not sent with insured delivery (ie. Recorded).

  • Postage will always be combined if you wait for an invoice. In most cases however for UK purchases, ebay should automatically combine the P&P at checkout.

    • Orders of a certain value will only be sent with recorded delivery for both the customers and our peace of mind.

  • S&H charges for multiple International orders will be combined based on weight. Please be sure to request the total if buying more than one item.
  • Items are posted discreetly in plain packaging with no mention of what is inside.
  • The return address will be small and inconspicuous. For international parcels that require customs labels, the parcel will have to state "x item(s) of clothing".
  • Items are usually posted by the next working day but I can't always get to the post office every day. For this reason, I state that items will be dispatched within 2 working days. If your item is urgent, please check with me.
