| Q:WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? |

| A:Each item is individually made and crafted, some as customer orders. Therefore, our return policy must be on a case to case basis. We will not return used products and we do not return shipping costs. There are NO RETURNS on custom orders. |

| Q:DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? |

| A:Absolutely! In fact, we will give very generous combined shipping discounts. |

| Q:WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? |

| A:We ship FIRST CLASS to keep the cost to you low. The shipping time is very fast, but you can expect: DOMESTIC (within U.S.A. 48 states) ship time approx. 3 days to 2 weeks; and INTERNATIONAL (as well as Alaska and Hawaii) shipping to be approx. 2 to 6 weeks. Shipping to ITALY is 2 months. |

| A:Obviously it will depend on which item you purchase: We try and give generous shipping discounts when possible and always on 2 or more items! |

| Q:DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? |

| A:Yes, where ever permitted by the United States postal office will ship, EXCEPT we will no longer ship to ITALY. |

| Q:THE STRAP ON MY PURSE IS SHORTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. CAN I RETURN IT? |

| A:Everyone prefers a different strap length! Unfortunately, this reason does not constitute a refund. All items are as shown in photo and descriptions. Please make note your specific preferences before purchasing. |

| Q:WILL YOU MAKE A CUSTOM HANDBAG FOR ME? |

| A:We always take design requests and will try to make each custom purse as soon as we can. Just click CONTACT ME and let us know which purse style and which fabric(s) you like. We can let you know if a fabric is sold out. |

| Q:I LOST THAT AUCTION AND REALLY WANTED THAT PURSE. WILL YOU MAKE ANOTHER ONE EXACTLY THE SAME? |

| A:We never make the same EXACT purse twice to ensure that your product is 100% unique to each buyer. Some fabrics and buttons are one of a kind and we may be unable to duplicate that exact style. We will gladly make a purse similar to the one you missed out on, just let us know. |

| Q:WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT FABRIC? DO YOU SELL IT? |

| A:Most of our fabrics are designers such as Michael Miller, Alexander Henry, Robert Kauffman, Moda, or Free spirit. Some are purchased at other general fabric stores. At this time, we do not sell any fabric. |

| Q:I NOTICED A SOCK MONKEY THEME IN YOUR STORE! DO YOU SELL SOCK MONKEYS? |

| A:Yes, and they sell too quickly to keep in stock! We carry designer sock monkeys(such as Paul Frank) as well as handmade and vintage style! We will have some in stock every Christmas, as long as they last! We also make Sock Monkey handbags, wallets, quilts and other gifts. |

| Q:WHERE DO YOUR BUTTONS COME FROM? DO YOU MAKE BUTTONS? |

| A:Some of our buttons are purchased in bulk on other internet sites; HOWEVER, we do make some of our own buttons, so if you have a custom order or great idea for a button, don't hesitate to "Contact Us"! |
