All goods are securely shipped by Royal Mail or other reputable Courier as shown under our shipping policy.

Your rights & Guarantee

From the day you receive your goods we offer a ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Should you wish to return an item please contact us on the telephone number 01274 616434 within 7 days of receipt. You must then return the goods to us at your own risk, upon receipt we will check the item and issue a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Items must be completely unused & in perfect condition.
