RETURNS POLICY

 

 Our aim is to build a satisfied customer base and to do this we strive to explain and describe the style, the fabric , the details and the sizing of our clothing accuratley. A lot of our stock has european sizes on the labels and tags but we suggest you try the garment on before thinking you have received the wrong size. We will refund or exchange items that don't fit but we will only refund the cost of the item. Under NO circumstances will we refund or pay for the P&P for items that don't fit. We will however refund the entire price including P&P in the unlikley event that you receive a faulty or damaged item. All of our items are screened for quality and photographed before being packaged and posted.Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Under these terms and conditions please note that should you wish to return goods you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to do so.
All cancellations must be made by sending us a message via eBay. If the item has not been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. However if the item has already been dispatched
then please follow our return procedures.
Any goods for return should be sent back to us in an unused condition and with their original packing. Postal cost for returning goods is at your own risk and cost unless the product is faulty.

Incorrectly Ordered/Unwanted Items:
We will accept the return of any item that has been incorrectly ordered by you or is simply unwanted providing you return the item in its saleable condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You will be
 responsible for the full cost of the return postage. We strongly suggest that you use an insured service with proof of postage for return goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Any carriage costs involved in
originally sending out your goods will be deducted from your refund.

Defective/Faulty Items:
In the rare event that an item is damaged, faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item, we will refund the item including return postage providing you notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We can only accept a faulty return
if the item is returned complete including all the original packaging.

 All Returns must be made clear through the resolution centre so eBay have a solid record of all communication and dates. There will be no contact made through either of the email addresses connected to eBay or Paypal. These are for my records only and are not monitored by myself or eBay.

Please be aware that we will under NO circumstances accept multiple returns.We are not a catalogue and we are not a high street store.There will also be NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
