All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt with the original receipt/invoice. The shipping cost is not refundable. When you return an undamaged item, you have to send it back with insurance. There will be a 10% restocking fee for undamaged item returned. Please do not open the plastic seal if you are planing to return the item.
Warranty:
Mizumo Gaskets warrants its entire product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of six months (6 months) or 6,000 miles whichever occurs from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. This limited warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims must be preauthorized and returned prepaid to Mizuno Gaskets for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
