Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. (This excludes items on auction bids) We are happy to refund items within 7 days of purchase providing that they are returned in the same condition as when they left us with all the tags and packaging.

If you post an item to us then please include with the item your order details, the reason for returning the product for refund. Please post returns to:

We recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office when sending returns. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We only refund postage charges if an item is faulty.
