Payment

Pay Pal is our preferred method of payment for UK & Overseas customers as it is quick, easy & safe for you and for us. Pay Pal offers a: Buyer Protection Program. We will need your eBay User ID or an Item Number to find your order.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques, checks or money orders from our customers.

We accept UK Postal Orders although it is quicker & easier to pay by Debit or Credit card if you have one through Pay Pal. There is no need to hold a Pay Pal Account for this.

UK Postal Orders Payments should be made payable to Mix’O’Brix. Please include your eBay user ID & details of the items you are paying for & send your payment to:

Delivery

We realise that when you place an order you want it now not in a week’s time! We aim to post items within two working days we receive cleared payment Monday to Friday, otherwise we post items the next working day. We post orders in plain Padded mailing bags or boxes. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. Please check our feedback to see what customers say about the speed of our delivery.

You must pay for all your items with one payment. When you have selected all the items you wish to buy please request an invoice and wait for us to send you a combined invoice to ensure you are charged correctly.

We highly recommend purchasing signed for delivery service as this fully insures you against lost or damaged items in the post.

United Kingdom

We use Royal Mail as our primary Delivery Service. Most of our items are sent by First Class - Postage & Packaging FREE. You can request Recorded Delivery at a small charge. Certain items due to lower prices may have a small charge for Postage.

If you need guaranteed next day delivery we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will be delivered by 1pm. Please contact us for a price.

Overseas

We ship to Europe & EU by Royal Mail Airmail and International signed for. If your order is over £12.00GBP at a discounted price we send via International signed for, so please contact us for a price to your country. Italy we reserve the right to charge a discounted price for International signed for due to items frequently going missing in the post.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any tax & import duty charged when goods are imported to your country.
