Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days, we'll send a replacement* or, if you prefer, a full refund upon receiving the original product back.
Items returned to us must be unused and return postage must be paid for by the buyer unless the item is found to be not as described.
Very occasionally items are lost in the post, again we will arrange for a suitable replacement* to be sent but first ask you wait two weeks from the date of payment to be certain the original pair was in fact lost.
*The replacement product can be of a different size if requested and when no suitable replacement can be found then a full refund will be given.

We recommend using a tracked service such as recorded delivery from Royal Mail. Please enclose a note stating whether you would like a replacement size or full refund together with your name and address so we can identify whom the return is from.
Products returned to us must be in the same condition in which you received them unless they are being returned on the basis of being faulty since manufacture, in that case products must be returned within six months of receipt. Products returned by you in accordance with this Section will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
