Should you not be completely satisfied with your new purchase, please make an initial contact by e-mail within 7 days of purchase. There are several things we can do to rectify any disappointments and we would prefer to try to put things to right for you. Our shop reputation does rely on happy contented customers.
We abide by a legal 14 day refund/exchange policy, but our customers are responsible for the cost of return postage should this be necessary.
We will contest unfair feedback where we have not been given the chance to put things right for you.
