Postage, Packaging & Delivery Information:

• I do all packaging personally and send all items in black opaque packaging.
  
  I post items every day Monday to Friday.
  I will send you an email to inform you when your item has been dispatched.
  Postage costs are as specified on each listing. The postage price includes all handling and packaging charges.
  Postage discount is offered directly from me, so if you would like to combine postage on multiple items, please Order Collections: We do not accept order collections at our premises. Please do not bring money to our premises to ask for order collection. Your request will not be fulfilled. Your order will be posted to you even if you just live next to us. request total or contact me for an invoice.
  For orders that total less than £ 30 (GBP), Recorded / Signed-For Delivery is available upon request.
  
  Recorded delivery UK = £ 0.75 (GBP) extra. International Signed-For Delivery = £ 4.00 (GBP) extra.
  
  Orders that total £30 (GBP) or more will be automatically sent by Recorded / Signed-For Delivery (UK) or International Signed-For Delivery (non UK).
  
  There will be no extra charge for Recorded / Signed-For Delivery for orders that total £ 30 (GBP) or more, you will just pay normal postage costs as specified on item listings.
  
  Other insurance options are available upon request.

Payment Instructions:

• Payment must be received within 7 days of item purchase.
   
  UK BUYERS: payment accepted by PAYPAL, PERSONAL CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER.
  If paying by cheque or postal order, please include your user ID, item number & delivery address.
  
  When paying by cheque, buyer will need to wait up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear before the item is dispatched.
  
  NON UK BUYERS: Europe & Rest of World: payment accepted by PAYPAL in GBP (pounds sterling) only.
   
  Buyers overseas may be liable to pay import duties on their purchases, depending on the item's destination. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any such duties.

I will exchange or refund an item if unopened, unworn and in original condition upon return within 14 days of receipt. All postage costs for these items will not be refundable.
 
To exchange an item, the buyer will have to pay extra postage costs to resend the item.

I will also exchange or refund any item if faulty or dispatched in error, upon return. In this case, an exchange or full refund will be given including return postage costs.
 
All returns must be agreed upon in advance. These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
