Miss Garter Lingerie is a family run company based in North Wales. We supply quality lingerie, women's underwear and fancy dress costumes direct to you from our warehouse in North Wales.

All of our Bra & Knicker Sets, corsets, babydolls and bikinis are held in stock and shipped the very same day when ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday.

Miss Garter Company Policy

All items are packed discreetly and sent 1^st class by royal mail. We obtain a certificate of postage for all of the items we dispatch.

Combined Shipping

If you are buying multiple purchases of the same item, eBay will calculate combined shipping for you.

Should you want to buy several different items from our eBay Shop then please contact us before payment and we can provide you with a combined invoice to reduce your costs.

Returns & Refunds

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and return said item within 14 days of receipt

 Please contact us before returning an item, via eBay message or Phone 05603 195316 (Office hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri). If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective, we will try to replace it, if not possible then we will refund in full.

If you  wish to return your purchase up to 14 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, return will be at customer’s expense and we will refund the purchase price of the item only. These items must have been tried on over underclothes, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Items are checked thoroughly on return.

Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Used items and items smelling of smoke, deodorant etc will NOT be refunded and any threats or coercion will be strongly resisted. (The actions of a few have caused us to take a firmer stance in our policies than we would otherwise wish). Friendly eBay Dispute Action may be required to recover our fees.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of any listing that contains a thong/g-string/knicker. If you have any questions or queries relating to this or any other policy item, please feel free to Contact Us.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (e.g. Recorded or Special Delivery). If an item is not returned via traceable means we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

If 1st class standard is chosen as your prefered method of postage we can not be held liable for any lost post via Royal Mail, although we can assist by providing you with proof of postage..

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All returned items MUST be returned in the same condition they were received, including all original packaging, hangers etc. and tags must be in tact. If you wish to return an item then please contact us before returning it. Please include your eBay ID and Item Number with the returned item. Refunds of purchase price, excluding orginal P&P charges, will be made via paypal or cheque if you do not have a paypal account. We will return original postage costs only if the items are found to be faulty or differ from the description. Returns are posted at customers' expense.
