| A:If you've order before 1pm we'll do all we can to ship it the very same day (Mon-Fri), otherwise it will be dispatched on the following working day. All our items are sent 1st class Royal Mail and should be with you within 2-3 days. Please allow longer for international orders. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we are more than happy to ship aboroad. We urge foreign buyers to contact us directly before purchase for exact costs, but generally we charge £6.00 for the first item and £1.00 for every item after that. All items sent internationally are sent signed-for. We cannot guarantee delivery times as this varies from country to country. |
