If you would like to return your item for a refund please send it to the address below in the condition which it was received. Please do not remove or dispose of the tags from new items as this may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

A refund will be provided minus a charge of roughly £3.00* for our postage & packaging costs, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we will provide a full refund including your return postage costs for second class standard mail.

A deduction will be made for items that do not fit where measurements are provided. For items where measurements are not provided a deduction will not be made from the refund amount however return postage costs will not be refunded. If measurements are not provided in a listing please contact us and we will be happy to provide them.

Please note that colours stated in the listing description are intended as a guideline. Our monitors are calibrated to reproduce colours accurately, however if you have not fully calibrated your monitor they may appear differently to you so if you require a very specific colour please contact us prior to purchasing.
