Terms & Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with this product for any reason we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price, less shipping, within 14 days of receipt. If you choose to return or exchange an item, please contact us for instructions. Item must be returned unused and in original packaging with all paperwork. After 14 days, items will be replaced or store credit given. For hygiene reasons returns of pierced earrings are not accepted.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


Please ensure that you read all of the terms and conditions before bidding or buying via 'buy it now'. All bids will be considered as a binding legal contract. If you wish to purchase more than 1 item from our store and benefit from reduced Shipping charges, all purchases must be made by the same eBay ID, with the same shipping address and paid for at once. Please contact us to update any invoices if necessary before making payment. We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced in our listings, however please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Bank transfer fees must be paid by the buyer in addition to the invoice total. These fees are paid directly by the buyer to their bank and ours. Fees must not be deducted from the invoice total. 

SHIP TO LOCATIONS

Our items are shipped from UK. We ship worldwide including: UK, EUROPE, NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND. If you are registered in any of these countries and have trouble bidding please contact us by email: millenniumemporium@yahoo.co.uk. All items are insured and trackable at destination.

NON PAYING BIDDERS

All bids will be considered and treated as a binding legal contract. Payment must reach us within 3 days of the end of the auction (7 days for overseas buyers). After this time items we reserve the right to relist it or sell it to the next highest bidder. Failure to pay will result in an Unpaid Item strike. All non-payment cases will be passed to our debt recovery division for follow up action. This may result in your suspension from eBay.

EXCHANGES OF ITEMS NOT YET DISPATCHED/BIDS MADE IN ERROR

If you make a bid in error or want a different item than the one you bid on do not bid on a second item. Please email or call us on +44 (0) 794 746 6018. If you bid on a second item you will receive an unpaid item strike for any item not paid for.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Buyer pays for all shipping. Most items are free within the UK, please see individual item descriptions. Shipping can be combined when the Shopping Basket utility is used. 

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All parcels will be correctly marked for Customs.

DELIVERY BY COURIER

All UK courier deliveries will be made by Parcelforce. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. All items must be signed for. If you are not at the delivery address, Parcelforce may leave it at your local post office. Please track the parcel to find out. If not, you may request a second delivery. You can find the number for your local depot by going to www.parcelforce.com and entering your delivery postcode. A re-delivery charge of £7 applies for each delivery attempt after this. Undelivered parcels are returned to us after 14 days. At this point an admin/re-delivery charge of £14 will apply.

If you require a change to a delivery address, a £15 fee will apply. Therefore, please ensure the address you give with your payment is appropriate for weekday delivery. Parcelforce courier can deliver to work or home addresses or your local post office.

Please provide a daytime contact number with your payment in case of any problem.

DELIVERY BY FEDEX INTERNATIONAL COURIER 

FedEx deliver 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. USA/Canada deliveries are made by 10am. Other countries may vary. FedEx require a telephone number for all deliveries. 

ECONOMY DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the status of their package and inform us if not received within the stated timeframe. Items returned undelivered for any reason will incur a redelivery charge. This will vary depending on the item purchased, but will not be more than £5 (UK mainland addresses only) unless the buyer requests redelivery by another method. Please contact us for redelivery charges for items being delivered outside the UK. In the event that a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges.

LATE/LOST PARCELS

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. Please also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. Click the "More Actions", then "View Order Details" link next to the order you're asking about to view the delivery address.

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few days in case it's been delayed in the post. If you still haven't received it, contact us by clicking the "Contact Seller" link next to the order you're asking about and we'll do our best to locate it.

If we cannot find your item and it is more than 15 working days since dispatch we will replace it. Please note, for orders sent by Economy or Standard Delivery 15 working days must elapse from the date of dispatch before they can be replaced.

WARRANTY

If your item develops a fault within the first 28 days, please email or call us on +44 (0) 794 746 6018. After the first 28 days please refer to the instructions in the manufacturer's warranty. Please check your warranty booklet for parts covered under warranty.  If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

CHRISTMAS 2013 RETURNS

We will accept returns of unwanted gifts bought after 1 November 2013 where notified to us prior to 3 January 2013. If your item falls outside of the standard Returns policy below, you may return it for a refund, less original shipping charges. Any return must be unopened/unused, as new and in its original box with all packaging, paperwork and inners intact. If the item comes with a manufacturer seal, this seal must be intact. We will not accept torn, ripped, broken or damaged packaging or products for refund. Please email us using the "Contact Seller" link on your purchase to request a refund.

RETURNS

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

  • You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
  • Please email us using the "Contact Seller" link on your purchase to request a refund.
  • Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
  • Refund of the order, less original shipping costs, whether charged or not, will be processed after the receipt of the returned item
  • Any additional delivery charges paid, i.e. express delivery, shipping to overseas or UK offshore addresses, are non refundable.
  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and related insurance.
  • Sorry, but pierced earrings and electrical components/spare parts, for example, PCBs or Motherboards, are excluded from this policy.

Faulty Products

  • In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. 
  • If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please email us using the "Contact Seller" link on your purchase. A replacement/refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
  • Should an item become faulty after 14 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
  • If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
  • Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

  • In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
  • Please email us using the "Contact Seller" link on your purchase to request a return.
  • Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will send the correct item.
  • Please enclose proof of return postage costs which will be refunded.

Items returned outside of these timescales or in an unacceptable condition may be refunded at our discretion but will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Prior to returning your item, you must email us to obtain a Returns Reference. A replacement or refund will not be issued without this reference. The item(s) must be sent to us within 7 days of your reference being issued. They must arrive with us within 30 days of your initial purchase. 

REFUNDS
All refunds will be made via the purchase method within 5 working days of completion of the Mutual Agreement. A Mutual Agreement to Cancel Sale through eBay will be initiated by us if you have not used the Returns Resolution Centre to notify us of the return.
