you are not completely satisfied with this product for any
reason we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase
price, less shipping, within 14 days of receipt. If you choose
to return or exchange an item, please contact us for
instructions. Item must be returned unused and in original
packaging with all paperwork. After 14 days, items will be
replaced or store credit given. For hygiene reasons returns of
pierced earrings are not accepted.
