Where do we ship to?
Please note that we only ship to addresses in the UK we will never ship outside of the UK so please do not ask.
When will I get it?
Once payment has been received we ship all orders within 24hrs using Parcelforce next day service. Please do not contact us asking for tracking references and when your item will be shipped as all items adhere to the above.
How can I pay for my item?
The easiest way to pay is by Paypal, we do however accept cheques and payment by credit/debit card over the phone. If you win an item and wish to pay by debit/credit card please call us on 01376 518522 to make your payment.
What happens if I order it and it's not working correctly or I am not happy with my item?
Everything bought from Millrace IT has a 7 day return policy, if you are not happy with your item all you need to do is contact us through Ebay or call us on 01376 518522. Please check your item as soon as you receive it to make sure you are happy with it as we will reject all returns after you have had your item for 7 working days.
If I need to return my item who pays for postage?
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage if you need to return your item to us. We will however reimburse you for the postage you originally paid to have your item shipped to you.
