Delivery

You can make big savings if you buy multiple items from MilitaryOps at the same time as our maximum charge for UK delivery is only £7.99 for up to 3kg and £9.99 for up to 30Kg which is next day delivery and fully trackable. To take advantage of this offer you can either pay for all your items separately in which case we will refund the excess postage cost or when you have selected all the items you wish to buy you can request an invoice and wait for us to send you a combined invoice.

We realise that when you place an order you want it now not in a week’s time! We always post your items the same day Monday to Friday on orders placed before 2pm. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. We send most items by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class, Royal Mail tracked and Royal mail Special Delivery, Interlink Express and TNT Tracked. The majority of customers receive their orders within 1 working day of ordering or in very few cases the day after just check our feedback to see what customers say about our delivery speed.

UK Delivery
Royal Mail 2nd Class and our 48 hour couier service can take 1 to 4 days (very rare it will take 4 days)
Royal Mail 1st Class can take 1 to 2 days
Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day before 1 PM
Interlink Express and TNT Tracked next day delivery (some times 2 days if you live in the highlands or some parts of Scotland)

Non receipt of good must be reported within 10 days of them being marked as dispatched as this as this is the maximum amount of time we can claim for lost or damaged goods

European delivery
Our European delivery prices are unrivalled and excellent value for money. We ship to almost the whole of Europe and seem to have the right combination of price and speed of delivery.
European Delivery cost are usually between £2.45 and £19.99
Royal mail (small packet minimum value) can take 3-12 days for delivery
larger items are fully tracked and can take from 2 to 5 days for delivery

Non receipt of good must be reported within 28 days of them being marked as dispatched as this as this is the maximum amount of time we can claim for lost or damaged goods

World Wide delivery
we ship to most places worldwide but you will have to contact us as pricing is weight based.
Rest off world delivery cost are usually between £2.99 and £29.99

larger items are fully tracked and can take from 3 to 8 days for delivery
