Terms and Conditions.

  • Our Policy is to offer a no quibble Refund / Returns Policy.
  • All deliveries are Tracked, Signed For & Insured for your Protection.

Non Delivery

  • Please inform us if you do not receive the item after 5 working days via sales@middle-england.net
  • DPD deliver 99% of items within 2 working days, but over Bank Holidays and the Christmas period this may vary.
  • Please note we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries – We rely on DPD delivering to contract. 

Damaged Goods.

  • Our packers have years of experience and it’s very rare for an item to arrive damaged.
  • If unfortunately this happens please inform us via eBay messages within 3 days of receipt.
  • Please enclose a digital picture. This is to allow us to claim against our carriers.
  • We will then send out a replacement, depending on value/problem we may require receipt of item before sending a replacement.
  • If you do send an item back yourself and it gets lost in the post we cannot be held responsible, and will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Not happy with an item/ No longer require

  • We try to describe goods honestly and to the best of our ability.
  • If ex-display the item may have the odd mark - If anything more serious we will put details into the listing description or photograph.
  • If you receive an item you are not happy with please contact us within 3 days via eBay messages to discuss.
  • We arrange collection or offer an exchange for a different product on your nominated day (Mon-Fri).
    Our returns cost may be higher than original delivery fee. We only use signed tracked and insured services. Please contact us to obtain a quote.
    If you wish to return yourself please contact us to obtain an RMA Number and use a tracked signed for service. If you do send an item back yourself and it gets lost in the post we cannot be held responsible, and will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
     
    These terms apply to UK mainland – if you have chosen a more expensive service/we have delivered by more than 1 box or by pallet, or you live overseas the price mentioned above will be increased to what it actually costs us. or you have changed your mind we will refund in full as long as returned in original packaging and in original condition but cannot refund the postage.
Feedback
  • We will give you positive feedback when you leave feedback, so we know you are 100% satisified with your item.
  • If you do have any problems/issues you will find them handled in a professional polite manor and hope any feedback would reflect that fact.
