Q. Why does my best offer keep getting declined?
A. If you are buying large quantities of an item your offers are more likely to get approved. If you are looking for better pricing but are only buying 1-3 items, most offers will be declined by our system automatically. Our "buy it now price" is the best possible price for small quantities.
Q. What is the best way to clean or wash microfiber products?
A. Machine wash with Micro-Restore, laundry detergent or hand wash with dish-washing detergent in warm water. It is preferable to wash microfiber by itself in order that it will not pick up lint from other fabrics. Microfiber Cloths and mop pads do not need to be washed after every use when used only for dusting or sweeping. Just shake out the cloth and mop pad, or rinse in hot sudsy water. When the cloths or pads get heavily soiled, wash as follows:
* Hand or machine wash in hot or warm water, with detergent. Washing at a high temperature makes the microfibers expand, releasing trapped dirt and micro particles. * Do not wash cloths or mop pads with terry towels or other materials that "shed" a lot of lint. Wash them separately or throw them in the wash with jeans or t-shirts (articles that don't shed a lot of lint). * Air or machine dry. * DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENERS.
WARNING: Over a period of time, harsh chemicals, such as those contained in bleach and fabric softeners, will decrease the effectiveness and durability of the microfiber material. Although our products only require water to clean and even kill germs and bacteria, chemical cleansers can be used without damaging microfiber materials. Do not iron.
Q. What are some of the uses for Microfiber I haven't thought of?
A. Try the Microfiber towels around the house for dusting, mirrors, the shower or tub: in the car, RV or Boat. Dampen just with water to take many stains out of carpets or even clothes. Use dry to dust or clean your computer. Towels will remove loose hair from pets and are also great for drying them. And speaking of pets, better try our mop for picking up pet hair from floors. Just be creative with your Microfiber products. You will be amazed and thrilled at how well they work and how easy they make many jobs.
Q. Is there a way to get faster shipping?
A. Yes, your order can be expedited, but it will cost more. Just let us know.
Q. Can you gift-wrap?
A. No, not at this time.
Q. Can you gift message?
A. Yes. Just e-mail us the gift message at simplee888@yahoo.com and include your username in the subject along with "gift message."
Q. Do you include prices in your packages?
A. No, many people send gifts so all we include is a packing slip and business card.

What is the return policy?
We don't accept returns on open box poles. This is unsanitary and against policy to do so. Please don't try to send back open or used poles as they will not be refunded.
What is the warranty?
All Dance Pole and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping, we will replace any necessary parts at our discretion. We absolutely want to make sure you have a fully functional Dance Pole.
What is the ceiling height range of the standard Dance Pole sets?
The X-Pert/Sport standard set will allow you to construct the pole from 7' 4" to 9'. Extension sections for ceiling heights up to 11 ft are available. Please call customer service for ceiling heights higher than 11ft.
The Kendra Sport Pole will allow you to construct the pole from 7'3" to 8'10". Extensions can be purchased up to 10' 10".
Electra Poles are made to fit ceilings measuring between 7'2" to 8'6"
What is the weight limit and/or how sturdy are the poles?
We do not have an official weight limit. We have set it up at high heights and have had 2 dancers (350+lbs) on a single X-Pert/Sport/Kendra and it has been completely secure!
The X-Pert/Sport/Kendra poles are professional grade poles that are VERY stable. You can do the most advanced move/tricks on them. If you set up any of the poles properly you literally cannot knock it down!!
How long does installation take?
Once the height has been measured and the extensions selected, the most Poles take 15-30 minutes to install for the first time. It is important to read and understand the instructions completely. It will also help to read the installation supplement and refer to the height chart provided in the packing slip envelope taped on the outside of the box. Once you've installed your pole a few times, it should take less than 5 minutes to set up/take down!!
Are all the Poles portable and are carry cases provided in the standard kit?
Yes, all X-Poles are multi-piece and portable.
The X-Pert is supplied with 2 nylon carry cases, one for the individual pole pieces and the round case for the dome and base which makes X-Pert extremely portable.
The Sport Pole complete set comes inside one nylon carry case.
The Kendra Sport Pole complete set comes inside one nylon carry case as well as a color box with handle.
How much does it weigh?
The X-Pert Poles are 45lbs in the box. The Sport/Kendra Pole each 33lbs in the box.
How big is the box or carry case?
The X-Pert box is 45"x17"x5 and Sport/Kendra pole box is 45"x10"x4".
Are the poles stationary (static) or spinning?
X-Poles come in two types. SPORT (XS) is a purely static pole (non-spinning). XPERT (XX) is static and spinning in one pole. To change the mode of operation, 2 screws are released or tightened to transfer X-Pert from static to spinning or back again. This takes less than 15 seconds. With the screws tightened, the X-Pert is locked solid and is in Static mode.
What ceilings surfaces can I use it on?
X-Perts/Sport/Kendra poles can be used on any solid, level ceiling surface. All X-Poles can NOT be used on false or suspended ceilings. There is a silicone pad which has high grip capabilities on the ceiling dome/plate. For textured surfaces such as popcorn ceilings, a ring may be left where the dome/plate presses against the ceiling although it will be completely stable & functional if set up properly.
Carmen Poles can be used with any ceilings EXCEPT POPCORN CEILINGS. Please note, they must be placed under joists for safety. Do not use them on sloped ceilings – ceiling and floor must be parallel.
Poles can be used with any floor surface. Please remember when installing poles, that carpets or rugs will provide a small amount of give, meaning you may have to tighten the pole a little more – please be careful NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN and to TIGHTEN SLOWLY, bit by bit.
Do all the Pole come with instructions and installation DVDs?
All X-Poles come with detailed photographic assembly manual. You can see an installation video on You Tube for the X-Pert. Also read the installation supplement provided in the packing slip on the outside of the X-Pert pole box or click on the top assembly tab on the manufacturer’s website. Sport/Kendra installation supplements are coming soon!

Will the Poles damage my floor and what floors can X-Poles be used on?
All X-Poles have soft silicone pads around the base. This gives excellent grip to virtually any surface and also stops any damage. As long as the silicone pad is clean and undamaged, no marks will be left on the floor.
What else will I need?
Everything to assemble X-Poles is in the box. For first time installation at a particular location, you should use a tape measure to measure the ceiling height. Refer to the height chart provided in the packing slip on the outside of the pole boxes (or by clicking the yellow box on the shop online-extension page) to determine what extensions should be used. Also for first time installation, it is recommended that you use a ladder and a stud finder to locate the ceiling stud/joist. If you mark or take note of this pole position, you will never need to climb on a ladder again to remove or install your X-Pole!!
Technical
How can I insert/remove the adjuster quickly?
The best was to do this is to hold the adjuster with the tube hanging downwards and spin the tube. Either brush your hand over the tube to spin it or get someone else to spin the tube. There is also an optional accessory that fits in a hand drill and allows the drill to spin the adjuster into the main pole.
How do you release the poles tubes if they are stuck?
The X-Pole is supplied with release rods. With the base in 'static' mode, insert the rod and turn counter-clockwise. If tubes joints still will not release, place the tubes on a flat surface, insert the rods and with one rod against the surface and give the other rod a sharp tap. It is not force that releases the tubes, it is the shock. If the tube still will not release, place something solid under the release rod so it is parallel to the surface of the poles are on and try again. This is done so the shock goes into the solid object and is not absorbed by the rod itself.
How tight does the adjuster have to be?
The X-Pole adjuster needs to be tight but not over tight. Tighten the adjuster and check the X-Pole for movement. Try a spin if there is no movement the pole should be fine. If there is any movement further tighten the adjuster. It helps to have someone stand on the base to compress the floor whilst tightening the adjuster.
Adjuster cover is stiff
If the adjuster cover O-ring is too tight and will not slide, rub a tiny film of Vaseline on to the O-ring. DO NOT get the Vaseline on the pole. Only a very tiny amount is needed, just enough to dampen the O-ring. If too much is put on wipe off with a tissue. Cover should now slide easily.
I cannot find the adjuster!
The screw adjuster is under the adjuster cover. There are three small slots in the centre of the foam box and one slot has longer thin cut outs at both ends. It is the bottom slot when the foam inner is viewed with the large circular upper dome thinner pieces at either end (one with a long screw section). That is the adjuster. Just take the whole unit out of the box, press on the release button at the top of the tube and slide the cover off. Remove the foam cover support and screw into the upper main pole
I can not find the Nut
The nut is under the adjuster cover. Please press in the two locating buttons at the top of the adjuster cover, slide off the cover and the nut is underneath. Remove the foam support ring before use.
Installation
What are Joists?
Joists are the pieces of wood or metal that supports the floors in a building. The ceiling is also normally attached to them. X-Pole uses pressure to stabilize it so it needs to be positioned against two joists.
How do I locate Joists?
Joists can be located by either tapping across the ceiling with a knuckle or with an electronic stud finder. With a knuckle you tap across until a more solid sound is heard - this is a joist or beam. A hollow sound is the space between the joists. A stud finder will locate the joist electronically (see what a stud finder is).
What is a stud finder?
A stud finder is an electronic device that locates solid objects such as joists, beams etc. It senses changes in density of the material it is measuring and either 'beeps' or lights an LED.
