| A:Not at this time, sorry. Shotgun mics have a much more difficult-to-shield configuration, and all attempts to create them using my current construction techniques have thus-far been unsuccessful. This may change in the future as my techniques evolve. |
| Q:“Do the wind shields have pre-cut holes in them for headphone/external mic leads and tripod mounts?” |

| A:There are no holes in the windshields when they are shipped, but holes can be snipped into them by the customer to service their own individual set up arrangements.
This is because:
1) Not everyone want’s holes in their windshields.
2) Everyone's set-up is different, so the hole position will differ between users. |
| Q:“Will cutting a hole in the windshield effect its performance?” |

| A:A small hole snipped into the windshield with scissors, for, say a headphone lead, should have negligible or no impact on the performance. |
| Q:Is there an option for UK express delivery? |

| A:Wind shields are shipped within the UK using first class post which normally arrives within one working day (two days on occasions). Special delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm) is possible at an additional cost of £5.50. Please select the apropriate postage option or contact me. |
| Q:“Can you make me a bright pink, or other colour windshield?” |

| A:Yes, but the delivery time, and price may be higher, as I would need to order materials in specially. Special orders are paid for prior to materials being ordered, and the dispatch time will depend on how long it takes for the specially ordered materials to reach me. Please contact me for a quote. |
| Q:"Can you ship INTERNATIONALLY with express postage?" |

| A:Unfortunately No. The cost of Shipped express items is simply ridiculous (around £50GBP). There is an international signed-for service that costs around £7GBP extra but it only tracks the item until it leaves the UK and signatures are never collected, so it is worthless. |

| A:No, Sorry. For privacy and insurance reasons, I am not currently allowed collections or transactions in person. This may change if I move to new premises. |
