Should you order arrive to you in a less than perfect condition, email me and we can arrange another item to be sent to you (on return reciept of the damaged goods).
If you item does not arrive - Initially please contact us either by email or on 01992 71 61 51. Most orders are sent out recorded delivery, so these can be tracked.
Orders that are under £10.00 in value are not sent out recorded delivery unless otherwise shown or requested. In these circumstances, please email us and if need be we will send you a copy of the proof of postage for your item in order that you can make a claim with royal mail for items lost in the post.
