Returns
Customer satisfaction comes first in our business and we realise that from time to time a customer may wish to return a product after purchase. Each item is sold with a full money-back guarantee (excluding shipping and handling) if the item is unopened within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults or has been incorrectly sent, please notify us and we will provide a reply-paid return address (no postage cost to you) and will gladly replace it on receipt of the returned item. Claims for faulty merchandise should be made within seven days of receipt/delivery.
Loss or damage
If you choose registered shipping, we will replace any items lost, stolen or damaged in the post after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic; 30 days for international).
