Is everything you list in stock?
Everything we list is in stock at the time it is listed. However, we also sell on other eBay sites, our own website and other auction sites so occasionally an item you purchase may be temporarily out of stock. If so, you have the choice of waiting or cancelling your order for a full refund. We receive new stock daily.
Are your media items genuine releases?
We supply only genuine items from the original manufacturer - no copies, Asian releases or bootleg items. Our products are the same as those sold in any reputable retail store in Australia.
Beware other suppliers' products where they do not carry the official Australian rating imprinted or stickered onto the product. These may be bootleg, pirated or unlicensed copies.
Are your items sealed?
Yes, as long as the manufacturer has sealed their product. Sometimes we may need to unseal an item to quality check where the product has become loose in the case, but all items are guaranteed brand new.
What format do I need for where I live?
Please carefully check the region code and video format of any item before bidding to ensure you will be able to play it. Opened items are not accepted for return simply because you did not read the region coding and format information provided.
- Region 4 (PAL) DVDs and Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on any DVD player purchased in Australia or New Zealand. Other countries will need a multi-region capable DVD player and a PAL compatible television.
- Region 1 (NTSC) DVDs will play on any DVD player purchased in Canada or the US. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player, and an NTSC-compatible television.
- Region 2 (PAL) DVDs will play on any DVD player purchased in the UK and most players purchased in Europe. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player.
- Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on most DVD players worldwide. Canada and the US will require a PAL-capable television.
Most recent DVD players and televisions are capable of displaying both PAL and NTSC formats, and most DVD players can be made multi-region by doing a Google search for the make and model and following the instructions to make it multi-region. If you are unsure, please check the manuals for your DVD player and television.

Do you combine shipping?
Postage is charged on the highest postal rate item and then all additional items in the same order are only a small extra fee each for Australian buyers. To get your postage discount you must use the 'Pay Now' button to check out and the system will automatically combine your orders.
How do I get my postage discount?
1. Select your purchases. Use the Add to Cart option for each item you want to purchase. Do not pay or check out until you have purchased every item in your order.
2. Check out. Once you have purchased every item in your order use the checkout. This will automatically discount your postage costs.
3. Make your payment. You are eligible to receive 2 per cent cash back on your first purchase and 3 per cent cash back on subsequent purchases for life when you pay with PayPal. Or you can use bank deposit or mail us a money order - details are provided in your checkout form.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, but international buyers should carefully check the REGION and FORMAT (PAL/NTSC) of an item before buying to ensure they can play it.
