SHIPPING: UK MAINLAND - Orders will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays.
SHIPPING: WORLDWIDE - items will be sent by the Royal Mail International Signed For service.
POSTAGE: Combined postage and packing for multiple items is available at no extra charge. In situations when payment is made separately, postage and packaging may be charged separately for each item.
DELIVERY: We ship items Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours of payments being processed. Delivery and dispatch times, although accurate for most parcels, cannot be guaranteed. Please note that, as with all things, there is always the possibility of disruptions to deliveries beyond our control.
REFUNDS and RETURNS: We try to describe all of our pieces as accurately as possible, however due to the limitations of the internet we understand that it is difficult for you to determine the nature of the items we list on e-Bay. We want to keep all of our customers happy and therefore we operate a 14 day return policy. You may return any item(s) for any reason (as long as the item is in the same condition as it was shipped) within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the full cost (minus shipping and packaging) upon receipt.
