Payment
• We prefer PayPal and also accept Postal Orders and Cheques
• Please pay within 5 days of auction ending unless by prior agreement
Postage
• We ship out all items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment (this will take at least 3 working days for Cheques)
• Items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard
• We are happy to combine postage on multiple item orders
• In the event your item is lost in the post, please wait 15 working days for claim to be processed with Royal Mail
Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be in condition as received, sealed with tags and packaging where appropriate and sent via traceable means
• We DO NOT refund postage unless a fault has occurred on our part
