We will offer a
full refund and arrange an uplift under the following
circumstances:
The item you receive is
incorrect and not what you have ordered or the item you receive is
damaged.
Please be advised that we
require notification of the above within 24 hours of receipt.
If you have ordered the
item and changed your mind you may send the item back at your own cost and we
will refund you less any handling charges and carriage (standard handling charge
is 20%of the cost of the item). The item must be un-used and in it's original
packaging or box.
