1. Can you give me more info on a product?

We're really sorry, but the information that you see on our product pages is all we can provide. We try to give as many details as possible like photos, sizes and colours. Once an item has been photographed and added to the website, it's packed and shelved at our warehouse so we can't access it for more inspection unless there has been a mistake in the listing or it's ready to post.

2. I've spotted something I love, but not my size. Do you have my size?

Our stock is pre-owned so most items are unique and not available in other sizes. However, we add hundreds of new products every week, so keep checking back as you never know what items will come into stock.

3. How do I know that your stock is authentic?

We do not sell fake items, and our expert buying team check every item carefully to guarantee its authenticity. We also work closely with Trading Standards to monitor the authenticity of products.

4. Is everything you sell pre-owned?

Yes indeed! That's how we manage to sell clothes to you for such amazing prices.

5. Are your prices negotiable?

We're afraid not. We do offer best offers on certain listings so please keep an eye out for listings with the best offer option available!

6. Can you save an item for me?

Unfortunately we only accept instant payment for our items in order to secure your purchase. This means that until you have actually paid for an item, it is available for others as well. We rarely have two of the same item in stock so we always recommend purchasing as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

7. Do you do combine postage for multiple purchases?

We do indeed! Please ensure that you add all items into your shopping basket before proceeding with the checkout. Once all the products have been added into your shopping basket the postage discount rule should apply. We also offer free shipping on orders of 4 or more products!
