If customers are not satisfied with our product, simply return the item to us in an unused condition and we will make a refund once we have received the item. Even though we offer Free Postage on most of our items we do not send replacements for free. If you require an exchange please send the original item back along with £3 to cover the cost of the replacement. Please also ensure that all returns are returned within 7 days.
