| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We accept returns up to 7 days after receipt. Please obtain a returns number from us before returning anything to us. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We are happy to combine shipping wherever this is feasible, but this may no be possible due to the different types of packaging used for different items, for example an A4 sheet (flat)and a metre roll (in a tube). We aim to ship promptly so please contact us as soon as possible after winning. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We utilise Royal Mail 2nd and 1st class (your choice) post in the vast majority of cases. In normal circumstances this will mean delivery within two to three days after dispatch. Items paid for before 3:00pm will normally be shipped that day - unless you have asked us to hold the item for later (perhaps combined) shipping. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and handling charges vary from item to item. We utilise new packaging, appropriate to the item being shipped. This, together with handling, is included in the P&P charge. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:We currently are focussed on the UK, but will consider orders from outside of the UK. Pease contact us before bidding to establish P&P charges. |
| Q:Can you supply discs in other sizes? |
|
| A:We can supply discs in all sorts of mesh sizes and a range of diameters, HOWEVER, it is not economic for us to do so at volumes of less than 200 pieces. We continue to monitor requests and aim to meet all significant demands over a period of time. |
