Pricing and Payment
All prices are in sterling and include VAT and the standard rate (17.5%).

Accuracy of our Ebay store 
We aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible, however we have to rely on the manufacturers and suppliers to provide the correct information to ourselves. Merlin cycles do try and clarify information provided is correct but occasionally due to manufacturers product development changes to a product can occur. Where a weight is given for a particular product this is the weight quoted by the manufacturer and we cannot guarantee its accuracy. If any product we supply is different from the description given we will of course refund or replace.

Back Orders
We aim to keep all of the goods listed in our Ebay store physically in stock, we do not like some of our competitors list ever single item from ever wholesalers catalogue as it is not feasibly possible to offer a good service. We update our store daily so what is listed is in stock, however occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are out of a product that you order that will delay despatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to cancel, wait or have an alternative.
