Postage costs - UK
Postage is free on all 'Buy It Now' items in our Ebay storeover £10 with the exception of Bikes, frames and wheels. Postage prices on 'Auction' items will vary depending on the product. Please check individual listings for postage costs.
Bikes - Carriage charge  is £29.95
Wheels & Frames - Carriage is £6.50
The reason for carriage on bikes, frame and wheels is the high cost of the next day service they are sent on and the insurance due to their higher costs, please note these services are still subsidised, the cost of posting is greater than our charge to you.

Delivery services - UK
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases orders received by 2.30pm will go the same day. If we cannot despatch your order within 48 hours we will contact your by telephone or email
All smaller & lighter items are posted via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, this service provides a next day delivery success of around 90%, so whilst every effort is made to get your parcel to you the next day it cannot be guaranteed.
Larger and heavier items (over 1.5kg) will be posted by City Link on their next day service, this has a success rate of over 90% so delivery should be the day after sending but this cannot be guaranteed.
Bikes, frames and wheels are posted by City Link next day service, please allow the usual build time of around 5-8 days for wheels and 10-14 days for bikes.
Important
All of the goods we post require a signature on delivery so it may be best to have the goods delivered to an address where someone is in during the day (i.e. work). Whilst it may not be to inconvenient to collect a Royal Mail parcel from your local sorting office or post office, a City Link depot may not be as local. City Link will attempt two deliveries and leave a card if you are not in. If delivery is unsuccesful on both occasions then you will have to collect the goods from the depot - they will not attempt re-delivery again.

Euro Delivery
We can offer a European 48 hour delivery service from £9.95. Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail and larger items with DHL. Please allow at least a week for delivery to European destinations. Also please note that delivery times to major cities will be quicker than to remote areas.
