Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Where we charge a postage fee this is only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We dispatch every day Monday to Friday (Bank holidays and other holidays excepted).

Please note that once we have dispatched we are in the hands of mail or courier services. Delivery is therefore beyond our control.

If you require special dispatch services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express (or equivalent) please contact. We may ask you to pay an additional fee to cover additional costs.
