Returns

Returns are accepted.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and where possible unopened. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is defective in which case we will pay for return shipping. Please include the item number and/or your user id with the returning item.

We prefer you to contact us first so that we can begin to resolve any problems that you may have. We will always refund in full.

Your statutory rights are not deminished by this policy.
