Q. What size are your ties?
A. Please see our size chart page where you will find detailed infomation.
Q. I want to buy a quantity of different items, can you offer me a discount?
A. We cannot offer a discount on items already offered for sale on eBay. However, if you contact us first letting us know which items you are interested in we can then quote a price. If the price is acceptable to you then we will make your special order up and place in our eBay shop for purchase and payment. Please note: Under no circumstances will we trade outside eBay. Please also see our Trade and Bulk Order page.
Q. I want to buy a quantity of the same item, can you offer me a discount?
A. Please contact us with your specific request quoting the item number. Please see the answer above and if necessary please view our Trade and Bulk Order page.
Q. How long will it be before I get my order?
A. All our items offered in our eBay listings are in stock and can be dispatched the same day. Please note that we dispatch Monday to Friday. Normally we use Royal Mail and you should expect your item within two working days for UK deliveries. Overseas deliveries can take anything from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the different postal and customs methods in each country.
Q. I have seen something I like but want it in a different colour?
A. Please contact us with the item number and prefered colour and we will be happy to see if your option is available.
Q. I am having trouble with my PayPal, can I pay you another way?
A. Although we prefer PayPal only we can help if that option is unavailable to you. We can accept Cheques and Money Orders drawn on a UK bank or Post Office. We can also take credit and debit card payment over the phone. If you want to use this option please contact us with your phone number and we will call you to arrange payment.
Q. Do you do gift boxes or gift wrap purchases?
A. unfortunately not at present, but this is something we are considering.
Q. I am not sure what size to order, what should I do?
A. Please take a look at our Size Chart page where we provide some useful infomation which might help. If you purchase an item and it does not fit, just return with your user id and we will refund. Please refer to our refund policy. |
