Postage & Packaging, Our shoes are sent out by courier, UPS for the UK and DHL for mostly everywhere else! Tracking numbers will be given. We can only send to the places they send to, however occasionally we can use the UKPO if required! We charge a contribution to this postage cost - as the service is whole journey trackable and more secure, and really fast we find most customers don't mind this. We ship out most days of the working week. Outside of the UK we cannot be held responsible for any customs charges, these must be bourne by the customer - we have no control over these charges and cannot predict who, when and how much they may be. If you need further info on this you need to take it up with your local customs office. - We only take paypal as a means of payment, and will only ship when paypal advise - especially if customer is paying by paypal e-cheque as this will delay the payment process.
Returns, If you want to return your footwear then we ask that it is sent back in the same condition that it was received, unworn and in it's original manufacturer's box (where applicable) and that you email to advise us and return through ebay within 7 working days of receipt. If there was a manufacturing fault or the item was not as described then we will reimburse the return postage as well as giving a full refund. For any other returns the buyer pays for the return postage and the refund will be minus the original postage, or if required and available an exchange will be sent out, we do not charge a restocking fee. If the footwear shows signs of obvious wear, then it will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused and eBay informed.
