Shipping:
All items will be posted within 3 working days of cleared payment being received and I will always send an email on the day of shipping to advise that your item has been sent. IMPORTANT: If your item is being shipped by courier it will be delivered the next working day after the email and the courier will only attempt delivery on twice and hold your parcel for one week, after this the item will be returned to me and can be sent again, but this will attact an additional postage charge. Therefore please ensure if you will be out, you either rearrange delivery with the courier immediately (they will leave a calling card) or leave a note to arrange to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour Although Royal Mail is mostly reliable, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as they will not investigate missing items until this amount of time has elapsed.
