Returns: If an item is broken or faulty I will of course replace it free of charge. Returns for all other reasons must be notified within 3 Working days & returned within one week for a refund less p&p costs (both ways) incurred

I formed MelodyMaison in 2005 and it started life as a small eBay shop, 20 months and 5000+ customers later, it became clear that maybe what had begun as a part time passion was to become a full time job! So after 19 years of working for a large company in the Customer services Industry, I left, and MelodyMaison took full flight!

Now with three more team members who help me here at MelodyMaison, all of us dedicated to not only offering beautiful, affordable home furnishings but making customer Service paramount in all we do.
