We may put this back on auction in the next month. We add items on auction on an ad-hoc basis and do not plan in advance. |

| A:Thank you, all measurements are on the listing. We take these in house and make them as accurate as possible. All measurements will be to the largest dimension. |

| Q:Do you ship furniture outside of the uk? |
|
| A:I am afraid we cannot ship large furniture items outside of the UK/ Ireland. |
| Q:Why has my furniture not been delivered? |
|
| A:Furniture takes 4-21 days for delivery (our furniture Van doesnt deliver to every part of the UK every day and some areas, particlarly rural or near coastal areas, we do not visit more than once every 3 weeks)so although the norm is around 8-14 days for furniture delivery, please allow 21 days before reporting a problem |
| Q:Do you combine postage costs? |

| A:Yes we combine these manually, please await a new invoice before paying. We offer half price postage on each item after the first purchase. I am afraid we only combine postage of UK orders and Europe. |
| Q:Can I pay by card? |

| A:If you would like to pay by card please call us on 01302-711116 between 10-4 monday - sat. We are aware of an issue that the invoice does not automatically take you to the payment screen. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping costs? |

| A:Yes, you pay the highest priced postage, the second is halved and then quartered thereafter. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Dispatch is usually within 1 working days. Delivery is normally within 5 working days of cleared payment. Please allow 10 working days for Royal Mail items. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge to my part of the world? |

| A:Smaller items that we can post will have the worldwide postge cost within the listing. For larger items that dont have a price, sadly we cannot ship these. |
| Q:Can I collect my item? |

| A:Yes. I operate from business premises so all collections must be within business hours and notified 24 hours in advance of collection to ensure someone will be there to meet you. |
| Q:Im bidding on a few of your items, can I wait and combine postage and pay altogether |

| A:No problem! - as long all the auctions finish within a max. of 9 days of each other, just ignore payment requests sent whilst still bidding, then request a total when you have finished bidding |
