I post daily, Monday to Saturday and once payment is received I aim to despatch within 48 hours at the latest.  If you require Special Delivery service please contact me.

Payment by Paypal, personal cheque and postal order. Please allow 5 days for clearance if paying by cheque before despatch.

Overseas (non UK) I can only accept payment by Paypal. Please note I offer postage and packing discount on multiple purchases to Europe but additional Royal Mail International Signed For service will be added to invoice.

Please note refunds will be given in full only if the item is not significantly as described.  Please email me within 3 days of receipt if you feel there is a problem.  Item must be returned within 7 days.  I am always happy to resolve genuine complaints.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase because of the fit or style, please email me within 3 days of receipt and I will be happy to accept returns but refund in this instance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover eBay fees and original postage is non refundable.  As stated please note all returns must be made within 7 days to qualify for refund.
