Where do we deliver?
This will depend on the item you wish to purchase, please check the listing as the info you require is likely to be there. Due to the bulky / heavy nature of some items, they cannot be shipped outside the UK i.e. only to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We endeavour to provide the widest possible range of delivery destinations for all our products, most orders can be sent worldwide but if you cannot find a price for overseas postage on the listing, feel free to contact us and we can do a personalised quote for you. You can do this through the item listing.
Since we are based in Northern Ireland we endeavour to deliver competitively to Southern Ireland, please get in touch if you have queries on this point.
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day (Monday – Friday only).

How long will my item take to be delivered?
Royal Mail publish guideline delivery times for their postal services. 1st Class is 1 -2 working days and 2nd Class is 4 – 6 working days but this may take longer, particularly for larger packages. We cannot submit a claim with Royal Mail until the 15th working day after dispatch. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your item until this time has expired. In our experience most items will arrive within 14 working days even if they have been mis-routed or delayed. We apologise for this inconvenience but unfortunately it is out of our control.

What should I do if my item has not arrived?
After 14 working days have expired, (Only count Monday – Friday and the 1st working day starts the day after we dispatch your item) contact us via the ‘Ask A Question’ link on the item listing. You will need to have the following information available:
- Your address including post code
- Your Ebay ID
- Your Contact Phone Number
- You have visited your Royal Mail Sorting Office
- You have Checked with Neighbours etc
- You agree to us submitting a claim to Royal Mail and co-operating with their enquiry if required
- You agree to return any replacement item to us should it later turn up
After the required 14 working days have elapsed (i.e. on the 15th day) we can then process your claim and send you a replacement item.
WE CANNOT SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT BEFORE 14 WORKING DAYS HAVE EXPIRED.
