Returns

We offer replacement delivery:

a: If the item we sent to you is defective on delivery (DOA). Returns must have all original packaging and accessories or a 25% handling fee will be charged. Defective items must be reported to seller within a week upon receipt.

b: If the buyer received wrong colour or wrong item, this must be proved via any photographic pictures. Please contact us by ebay messages.

c: We ship any missing items which were exactly demonstrated in the item advertisement.

Buyer bears any return shipping costs for exchange of items. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case. Please ensure you include your eBay username, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.
