Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours during office opening hours. Over weekends, Bank Holidays and on Manchester City/United home match days there may be a slight delay.


If you have made a multiple purchase the eBay combined postage system should automatically recalculate your P&P costs as long as you pay for all your purchases in one transaction.


We accept PayPal payments only. We apologise for any inconvenience. This company policy is set up to ensure secure transactions for both parties.

We can only dispatch items to the address on your PayPal invoice. If you require a different delivery address please change the address on your PayPal account BEFORE confirming your payment.

Payment or contact should be made within 5 days. If payment or contact has not been made within 5 days we will assume the item is no longer required and eBay will automatically begin the unpaid item process. Please note, once eBay open an ‘unpaid item’ case we won’t be able to cancel it.

If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay for your purchase via PayPal using a credit or debit card. Please follow the ‘PAY NOW’ link and use the ‘DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?’ option on the PayPal login page.


If your item is urgent or if you have purchased Next Day Special Delivery please email us- we will do our best to dispatch it the same day when possible.


Please note for items sent by Airmail there is no tracking service available.

Tracking numbers are available for items sent by International Signed For/Airsure (depending on destination). If you require your item to be traceable for an additional fee please contact us before making your purchase.


We aim to dispatch daily all orders where payment reaches us before 2pm. During exceptionally busy periods your item may be dispatched the next day.

We mark transactions as ‘dispatched’ AFTER your item has been passed to Royal Mail/courier so you may not receive your ‘item dispatched’ email until later in the evening.


1st and 2nd class services are NOT guaranteed services whether using Recorded Signed For or not. EBay’s estimated delivery times are exactly that- estimated. Royal Mail do not consider items delayed until 15 working days have passed for UK post and 25 working days for International post so please be patient with them.


Unfortunately some items do get delayed in the post. If you item has not arrived within the time that Royal Mail state in their delivery timetable please contact us with your full name and address and we will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We cannot dispatch replacement items until your address has been confirmed.


You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please contact us before returning an item to ensure a smoother transaction.


We are here to provide the best service possible but in doing so we will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour from our customers. Abusive or aggressive behaviour includes impolite emails, name calling and ‘feedback blackmail’. Such behaviour by customers will be reported immediately to eBay.
