Mason's Discounts Store Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it for a refund of your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. **Listings with 'merchandise credit' return policy can be returned for merchandise credit/exchange only and buyer pays reshipping costs. Merchandise credit expires after 30 days from date of return.** We are unable to process refunds on purchases made with a coupon. Paypal does not allow us to partial refund when coupons were used in the initial payment. We will accept a return in this case if and only if you pay the restocking fee in a separate Paypal transaction, and then your original transaction will be refunded in full.

Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking service fee is deducted from all returns ($5 for items under $25). This service fee covers the cost of original shipping and expenses related to processing returns and the relisting of items. Service fee is waived on items being exchanged for size or fit, however you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us and to have the new item reshipped to you ($5 cash/money order to be included with your returned item to cover shipping costs on exchange). Please email us for instructions PRIOR to returning item.

We only accept returns for 7 days after delivery to you, provable by delivery confirmation provided to you for free on every package we ship. Items received after 7 days will incur a 50% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a return if received significantly after 7 days. Concerned about mail delays on the part of the post office? As long as your return is postmarked within 3 days of delivery to you we will consider it received in the 7 day time period. Please send us the tracking # for all shipments being returned.

Please contact us for our return address and instructions prior to returning your item. Items received without instructions or original auction # enclosed will be refused.

Item must be returned in the same condition as received -- smoke free, smell free, and if item is NWT, tags must still be attached as well as hygienic liner in swim suits.
