Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have an open return policy. No matter what the reason we take returns within 7 days. I guarantee that your item will be as stated in the auction. If an item was misrepresented I will refund your money in full, including return shipping, to send the item back to me. We just ask you contact us before leaving feedback.
Q: Question about your shipping cost?
A: All orders shipping to US, APO & FPO addresses ship for FREE. International shipping should be stated in each auction under the shipping cost section, but if it is not, please email me for a fast quote.
Q: Inquiring about measurements?
A: I try and include measurements in every auction. In the rare occasion that measurements are not provided (we do not measure one piece swim suits), please refer to the manufacturer's website for their sizing chart.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I love my international customers! I have made it easy for you to know your costs up front by including the shipping cost in each auction. If your country is not listed, please email me for a fast shipping quote.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I process all payments within 24 hours so your order will be shipped within one day, oftentimes it is on its way the same day. However, actual delivery time is dependent upon the mode of delivery (first class or priority) and the speed of the post office.
