The product was well packaging in its bag & delivered intact, HOWEVER the bloody box it was delivered in by the post office was split along all one edge & reminded me of a beaten up box found in a skip. I have no doubt that the box was in good condition when it left the seller hence the 5 stars but the post office & its tracking dept leaves a lot to be desired. I recommend the seller but not the post office delivery service. 5 stars for the product.

Just used this and it work amazingly well. Doesn't block up and blasts very clean and easily. I also havent use half of what I bought so it goes further than you think. 6 intakes done on my 3.0tfsi audi s4 and used less than 2kg. I would say my intake valves werent really really bad with carbon build up, maybe a diesel or really bad petrol engine might need 3kg to get it clean.
